CREATING A PROGRAM

To put together a program you use the Legg til øvelse right beneath the exercise if you’re at the page showing an overview of all the exercises. If you ’re at the page for one specific exercise you can click the link ADD TO PROGRAM. To reach a specific page you will need to click the image of the exercise from the overview page.

When clicking the button/link you will need to specify which training program you’d like the exercise to be added to. If you haven’t saved any programs already your only choice will be Active training program.

PS! When having several categories, you can choose at the top of the page (right beneath the search form) which category you would like to work with. This is will come in handy if you have a lot of programs saved in different categories and have no need for all of them to be shown in the list.

SAVING A PROGRAM

When you’re ready to save the program you click the button Lagre program and will be sent to a page where you can insert some basic information.

When saving a program you should choose which category you would save it to. The default category is named My programs. Think of categories as folders to better organize your programs. (Quite practical if you’re an instructor/personal trainer with many customers.)

The name of the program you can write in just beneath the category. Further on, you can insert how many series and repetitions you would like to do of each exercise. Number of series and repetitions will be written on the printout or be shown in the video when watching online. If you change your mind about an exercise in the program you can simply remove it by clicking Fjern øvelse.

PS! You can change the order the exercises are shown in. Just drag the image from one position to another.

CHANGING A PROGRAM

When changing a program you will use the same page as when you’re saving a program. The thought here is that you can edit how many series/repetitions and/or the order of the exercises. Currently there is not possible to change the name of the program or category. To edit a program you will need to fetch it from My profile.

REMEMBER YOUR FAVOURITES

Use Legg til favoritt to save your favourite exercises. In this way you can find them easily on My profile and add them to new or already existing programs.

MY PROFILE

Here you can find a couple of different possibilities. You can insert your photo or logo and edit your contact details. The main features are however the possibility to see through your favourites and fetch programs you have already saved. To do this, use the lists right beneath FETCH TRAINING PROGRAM. If you’d like to edit a program you will need to load it before clicking Rediger program, or delete it by clicking Slett program.

SEARCH

You can search through the exercises by using the search form (FIND) at the top, or use the SORT VIDEOS and specify grade of difficulty, musclegroup, product or genre/activity.

You can browse through the search results in two different ways. If you search from the overview page, all matches will be shown much the same way. If you search from a specific exercise page, the matches will be shown one by one. Use NEXT and PREV to browse. If you’d like to see an overview of the exercises, you click on the SEE ALL RESULTS link.

PS! If you’d like to quickly browse through the different exercises, or you’re on a low bandwidth, we recommend you click PICTURES on the bottom of the overview page. All exercises will then be shown by pictures, and not video.
