Sling training for home and leisure

Liana is a simple and flexible sling training system with possibilities to connect extra equipment. Delivered in two different lengths and can therefore be adapted to training premises with ceilings up to five metres high.

Liana is the optimal sling training system for home use. With this economically priced training system, one has the possibility of connecting accessories and extra equipment. In this way one can easily extend with new exercises when ready for new challenges. Liana is the most flexible system and can be used in the roof or by wall mounting or more or less wherever you want.

If you're thinking about bringing the slings along with you on travel, or have limited mounting options we recommend you buy a Door anchor. Simply put the Door anchor over the door before closing it and the slings are locked and ready for use.
