The book is written by physioterapists Anders Berget and Lennart Krohn-Hansen whom have worked in some of the biggest fitness bureaus in Norway. They have both used slings actively within rehabilitation and regular training, kept courses for personal trainers and developed a sling training concept for group exercise. Please note: This book is written in Norwegian. Every exercise is illustrated with start- and end position, including an anatomic figure showing which muscles you are mainly training. However every exercise also has some text which includes tips on how to perform the exercise at full quality. |
